On March 9-14, the Academy of Public Administration in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation organized a workshop with the participation of German experts Mr. Gerhard Rinck and Mr. Michael Gebel.
This event was dedicated to the topic of “Business Administration”. During a week, the participants acquired with necessary knowledge and skills for the purpose of management and development of the enterprise through the role games and practical cases, profit and loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow and Liquidity, Financial report analysis.
An intensive workshop was organized in the form of group activity (4 participants per group). Each team member was tasked with finding the best solution to the problem cases. The aim of the training was to increase the participants’ understanding of business and financial processes and to strengthen their skills in assessing the consequences of managerial decisions.
